1. Peach Cheese Cake (10 cups)


Ingredients

(a). Crushed Digestive Biscuit 200g, Butter 100g mix well.

(b). Cream Cheese 200g, Nestle Cream 1 can (170g), Sugar 2 Tablespoons mix well.

(c). Gelatine 1 Tablespoon, Peach Juice (from Peach Can) 3 Tablespoons mix well.

(d). Grated Lemon Skin (Half a lemon), Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons mix well.

(e). Peach without juice 1 can (825g) diced. Leave half a portion for decoration.

(f). Glazing Gel (Neutral) 4 Tablespoons, Hot Water 7 Tablespoons mix well.

Method:

1. Spread (a) at bottom of cups (1st Layer)

2. (b)+(c) microwave for 1 minute at power level 50%, mix well. Add (d) and (e) then pour into cup (2nd Layer)

3. Decorate with peaches, then smear (f) over the 2nd layer. Refrigerate till it solidifies (approx 1 hr)
